Founder and Manager Gabe Cole brings over 20 years of experience in Southern California real estate. A USC graduate with a focus in real estate finance, Gabe has completed over 700 transactions totaling $700 million+ in volume. His hands-on experience includes 200+ successful fix-and-flips, distressed asset acquisitions, and value-add repositioning. Gabe leads REALM Capital with discipline, transparency, and a commitment to investor returns
